Conference Flat Rates

All-inclusive booking - all-inclusive conferencing

You will be on the safe side with our conference flat rates and have the costs under control. You can decide yourself how much space you require for your event, how exclusive the room should be and whether you would like to offer your conference participants an additional fitness kick in the form of an eco or fitness break. Should it be something extra special or not yet included in your package deal, let us know about your wishes and we shall quote a price!

Important for you to know
Flat rates are only effective as of 10 persons. Preparatory costs are also due for flat rate bookings. Depending on the size of the room, a minimum number of persons is required. Our conference coordinators will be happy to inform you about the stipulations.
