Solo or per module programme
Naturally, you may rent one or more of our rooms solo if you wish. This means not in connection with one of our conference flat rates. This also applies if you just wish to take advantage of certain modules in the conference flat rate in connection with the room rent. We can only accept special room wishes on a noncommittal basis.
What our rooms cost per day
Exhibition space
For exhibition space, we charge EUR 10 per day per m².
At your service
If you have rented one of our room for a certain day, you may use it anytime between 8 a.m. and 6 p.m. And you can rest assured that your room will be available to you half an hour before your event begins complete with all equipment.
What else is included in the package
An overhead projector, the screen, a bulletin board, a flip chart with 10 sheets of paper and functioning markers, as well as writing pads and ballpoint pens are included in the price.
