Pilates

Pilates is a holis­tic train­ing with the focus to strengthen the sup­port­ing mus­cles (abdom­i­nal and back mus­cles). This is achieved by vig­or­ous exer­cises, the stretch­ing of the mus­cles and by a cer­tain breath­ing tech­nique. Already the first train­ing improves your pos­ture, mobil­ity, endurance and coor­di­na­tion. Book an indi­vid­ual indi­vid­ual ses­sion with our qual­i­fied part­ner for a Pilates Matt Train­ing. Your Pilates Coach will come to your room, into the well­ness area or train with you out­door. Accord­ing to your wishes and your train­ing level (from begin­ner to advanced or ath­lete). Also small devices like the Pilates role, the Redondo ball or the Pilates Arc can be used on request.
