In the registration form we process data on the following legal basis:

Section “Private address”: Data processing based on § 30 (4) S.1 BMG with storage period one year.

Section “Private address” / “Invoice address”: Data processing based on Art. 6 (1) b), c) GDPR with storage period for 10 years according to § 147 (3) AO and § 257 (4) HGB.

Section “Data protection consent to voluntary information”: Data processing based on Art. 6 (1) a) GDPR with storage period until revocation of consent, if no other storage period has been specified.

You are entitled to the following rights under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR):

Right to information: you may request confirmation as to whether data relating to you is being processed in accordance with Article 15 GDPR.
If this is the case, you have the right to be informed about the information processed.*

Right to withdraw consent: If the processing of your personal data is based on consent, you have the right to withdraw this consent at any time in accordance with Article 7 of the GDPR.*

Right to object: Insofar as the processing of your personal data is necessary to protect the legitimate interests of our company, you may object to the processing at any time in accordance with Article 21 of the GDPR.*

Right to erasure: Provided that you have withdrawn your consent, objected to the processing of your personal data (and there are no overriding legitimate grounds for processing), your personal data are no longer necessary for the purposes of processing, a corresponding legal obligation exists or your personal data have been processed unlawfully, you have the right to request the erasure of your personal data in accordance with Article 17 GDPR.*

Right to rectification: if your personal data have been processed inaccurately, you have the right to request that they be rectified without undue delay, in accordance with Article 16 GDPR.*

Right to restriction of processing: under the conditions of Article 18 of the GDPR, you have the right to request the restriction of the processing of your personal data.*

Right to data portability: In accordance with Article 20 of the GDPR, you have the right to receive personal data provided by you in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format.

Right of appeal: You have the right to appeal to the competent supervisory authority in accordance with Article 77 GDPR.
