We kindly ask you to observe the following guidelines during your visit:

• Please take your dog with you when you leave the hotel. During this time, it must not be left unattended in the room. Outside the hotel room, the dog must be kept on a leash.
• If you are staying at the hotel (e.g. in our WellnessWorld or in the restaurant), your dog may remain alone in your room. For security reasons, we require your mobile phone number and ask that you remain available by telephone at all times.
  To protect our staff, we kindly ask you to hang the “Do Not Disturb” sign on the outside of the door as soon as your dog is alone in the room. This ensures that no one accidentally enters the room in your absence.
• We kindly ask you to feed your dog exclusively in your room. We will provide you with a blanket, dog bowl and treats. After departure, simply leave the blanket and bowl in the room – the next dog will be delighted to have them.
• Dogs with restaurant experience are welcome in our ATRIUM Restaurant and breakfast room. Our colleagues will be happy to show you to your reserved table.
• For walking your dog, we recommend the Finther orchards, i.e. heading towards Wackernheim into the fields. Your dog will have plenty of space to run around there.
