Our Atrium Restaurant offers the perfect setting for intimate celebrations for up to 20 people. In an elegant atmosphere, you can enjoy a carefully selected menu created for you by head chef Helge Straub-Schilling from the current à la carte menu. Quality, regionality and sustainability take centre stage – refined with creative sophistication.

Our experienced service team led by Tomasz Maruszczyk and our sommelier team Maike Witfang and Dennis Schmidt ensure a harmonious combination of dishes and exquisite wines from the region. Of course, we are happy to cater to individual wishes so that your celebration is exactly what you want.

Indulgence is our craft – and at the Atrium Genusswerkstatt, every celebration becomes an extraordinary culinary experience.

Exclusively bookable for groups of 8 to 20 people, an evening full of flavour, creativity and direct insights into the fine art of cooking awaits you here.

Under the personal direction of our head chef Helge Straub-Schilling, you will enjoy an exquisite 8-course menu that brings the flavours of the region to life in unique compositions. Prepared right before your eyes, each course becomes a small work of art – skilfully precise, surprisingly different and full of passion.

Maike Witfang, service manager and sommelier at the Genusswerkstatt, will provide the perfect wine accompaniment, if desired, selecting fine wines to match the individual courses with great expertise.

A seasonal highlight for unforgettable celebrations: In the summer months, the Atrium Restaurant moves to the idyllic Atrium Summer Garden and offers a unique setting for exclusive outdoor celebrations. Surrounded by natural charm and a stylish atmosphere, you can enjoy culinary experiences in the open air with up to 20 people – be it an elegant dinner or a cosy evening in the countryside.

Head chef Helge Straub-Schilling will create a carefully coordinated menu for your celebration, inspired by the Atrium Restaurant’s current menu. Your enjoyment will be accompanied by an exquisite selection of wines, provided by our experienced sommelier team Maike Witfang and Dennis Schmidt. When the days get longer, our Meet & mEat terrace invites you to socialise in the open air. Surrounded by greenery and a relaxed, informal atmosphere, it is the ideal location for company celebrations, team events and social gatherings for up to 120 people – perfect for a BBQ-style summer party.

The culinary highlight: our barbecue hut for live cooking! Under the direction of banquet head chef Danny Rudolph, a first-class BBQ buffet is prepared right in front of your eyes – with high-quality ingredients, creative side dishes and irresistible flavours.

So that you don’t have to worry about anything, we recommend our celebration package – a harmonious drinks concept with a champagne reception, corresponding wines, beer, soft drinks and coffee specialities. With 500 m² of space, the combination of event rooms E1, E2 & E3 offers the largest single event room in our hotel – perfect for stylish celebrations with up to 300 people in mixed seating (for example at long tables with bar tables etc.) or 250 people at round banquet tables. The modern, open-plan flair, combined with floor-to-ceiling windows, creates a unique ambience with a view of the greenery or the Meet & mEat banquet terrace.

A particular highlight is the variable lighting design: the ceiling and pillars can be illuminated in a variety of colours so that the room can be staged entirely according to your wishes – from festive and elegant to modern and dynamic. The room concept is complemented by an adjoining foyer, which is ideal for a stylish reception for your guests.

Flexibility is very important to us: The rooms can be partitioned off individually so that smaller parties can also enjoy this exclusive atmosphere. This means you don’t have to look for another location – we can customise the room to suit your needs.

The entire Atrium Congress Centre, including the adjoining rooms, can be booked exclusively for particularly large events.

Event rooms C1 + C2 with 250 m² and the spacious foyer ACC1
Event rooms D1 + D2 + D3 with 200 m² and the adjoining foyer Forum ACC2
Event rooms E1 + E2 + E3 with 500 m² and the adjoining foyer ACC3

In this case, all event rooms, foyers and the neighbouring outdoor areas are combined to create a unique event and exhibition space. This creates the perfect setting for parties of up to 700 people.

A highlight from the past: under the umbrella of the Mainz Tastetival community, we organised our big wine & gourmet party here. A tried-and-tested culinary concept for such large events is live cooking stations and drinks stands spread across the entire event area – so guests can try their way from stand to stand and enjoy a real gourmet experience.

Of course, an event of this size requires careful planning, which we organise together with you.
