In an elegant atmosphere, you can enjoy a carefully selected menu created for you by head chef Helge Straub-Schilling from the current à la carte menu. The culinary highlight: our barbecue hut for live cooking! Under the direction of banquet head chef Danny Rudolph, a first-class BBQ buffet is prepared right in front of your eyes – with high-quality ingredients, creative side dishes and irresistible flavours.

With 500 m² of space, the combination of event rooms E1, E2 & E3 offers the largest single event room in our hotel – perfect for stylish celebrations with up to 300 people in mixed seating (for example at long tables with bar tables etc.) or 250 people at round banquet tables. The modern, open-plan flair, combined with floor-to-ceiling windows, creates a unique ambience with a view of the greenery or the Meet & mEat banquet terrace.
A particular highlight is the variable lighting design: the ceiling and pillars can be illuminated in a variety of colours so that the room can be staged entirely according to your wishes – from festive and elegant to modern and dynamic. The room concept is complemented by an adjoining foyer, which is ideal for a stylish reception for your guests.
Flexibility is very important to us: The rooms can be partitioned off individually so that smaller parties can also enjoy this exclusive atmosphere. This means you don’t have to look for another location – we can customise the room to suit your needs.

exclusive event feeling for up to 700 people

The entire Atrium Congress Centre, including the adjoining rooms, can be booked exclusively for particularly large events.
Event rooms C1 + C2 with 250 m² and the spacious foyer ACC1
Event rooms D1 + D2 + D3 with 200 m² and the adjoining foyer Forum ACC2
Event rooms E1 + E2 + E3 with 500 m² and the adjoining foyer ACC3
In this case, all event rooms, foyers and the neighbouring outdoor areas are combined to create a unique event and exhibition space. This creates the perfect setting for parties of up to 700 people.
A highlight from the past: under the umbrella of the Mainz Tastetival community, we organised our big wine & gourmet party here. A tried-and-tested culinary concept for such large events is live cooking stations and drinks stands spread across the entire event area – so guests can try their way from stand to stand and enjoy a real gourmet experience.
Of course, an event of this size requires careful planning, which we organise together with you.
