Apartment rental
The Atrium Hotel Mainz has 63 extremely comfortable and quietly located apartments of various sizes for long-term guests.
Our reception staff will be happy to provide you with information!

Aroma bath
The aroma bath in our Wellness World combines soothing radiant heat with light humidity and various fragrances. It is in operation from 04.30 pm to 09.30 pm. Recommended duration of stay 20 – 60 minutes.

Atrium-Garten

Atrium-Garten is the name of our hotel garden behind the main hotel building. In the summer time when the weather is warm enough, we use the Atrium-Garten as an open-air restaurant from 6.00 pm. to 10.00 pm. As long as the garden restaurant is open, the Restaurant Adagio & Bar stays closed. When the garden restaurant closes at 10.00 pm, Adagio or the LOUNGE opens again.

Air condition

In order to meet our self-image towards the environment and to avoid excessive energy consumption, our air conditioning systems switch off automatically when the windows are opened.
We are particularly proud of our “Certified Green Hotel”, “Dehoga Umweltcheck”, “Green Chefs” and “Eco Friendly Hotel” certifications.
Please keep in mind that for your well-being the set room climate should be a maximum of 6-8 degrees below the outside temperature.

Bar & Lounge
Our Bar & Lounge on the ground floor of the main building serves as a bistro, bar and café and is open daily from 12.00 pm – 12:00 am.

Lounge Menu:
Sunday through Thursday from 6:00 p.m. – 10:00 p.m.
Friday and Saturday from 12:00 pm – 10:00 pm.

Baby Beds / Children’s Beds
If you need an additional baby bed or children’s cot in your room, please inform us when you make your reservation.

Bicycles
You can borrow bicycles from the hotel reception.
We can also supply you with bicycle maps as well as tour suggestions.

Breakfast
Breakfast buffet at the hotel:

Monday till Saturday: 06.30 am – 10.00 am.
Sunday: 07.00 am  – 11.00 am.

Breakfast is not included in the room rate. You can book our breakfast buffet for 17,00 € per day.

If you have rented an apartment, you can also have your breakfast at the hotel. Please arrange to have each breakfast booked on your account before you take it! If you would like to have breakfast every morning in the hotel, there is a monthly charge for it.

Bus
The bus which takes you into the city and back to Finthen is the number 56 respectively 58. The nearest bus stop is located right across from the Total gas station about 200 metres from the hotel and is called Atrium Hotel Mainz. Bus schedules are available at the hotel reception.

Check-In
The earliest check-in time is usually 02.00 pm. If you have to check in earlier, please inform our receptionists when you make your reservation so that you do not have to wait for your apartment upon arrival.

Check-Out
The official check out time is 11.00 am. Please clear your room on your departure day before this time.

Cosmetic Treatments
Appointments for cosmetic treatments can be made at the reception.

Credit Cards
We accept American Express, Eurocard/Mastercard, Visa and Diners Club. Please appreciate, that if you want cash from your credit card, we charge 5 % of the total amount.

Dish Washing
If you have rented an apartment, please note that dish washing is not included in your weekly or final apartment cleaning.  If the dishes have not been cleaned duly before your departure, a charge will be subtracted from your deposit.

Environmental Protection
Treating our environment and our resources with care is important to us.
For this reason, we pay particular attention to waste avoidance, waste separation and use, for example, energy-saving lamps throughout the house.
We also avoid excessive water consumption by using aerators and water-saving bathroom fittings.
We are particularly proud of our “Certified Green Hotel”, “Dehoga Umweltcheck”, “Green Chefs” and “Eco Friendly Hotel” certifications.

Garbage
In your kitchenette you will find a garbage can with three different sections. Please help us separate our garbage.
You can read how to do that on the information sheet on the inside of your kitchenette door.
We would be thankful if you would help us in our efforts to separate the garbage and thus avoid waste.

Hiking
You can start hiking right behind the hotel. Various trails lead through the orchards. Maps of walks and trails are available at the reception on loan.

Hygiene items
You can purchase/borrow the following items free of charge at the reception:
Toothbrush and toothpaste, disposable razor and foam, nail arrow, shower cap, sewing kit, toothpick, comb, straightening iron (against deposit to borrow).

the following items can be obtained for a small extra charge:
Deodorant, hairspray, shoelaces, women’s pantyhose.

Jogging
You can start jogging right behind the hotel on the country roads and paths leading through the orchards.

Laundry / Laundry service
If you would like to use our laundry service, please use the laundry bag provided (in your closet). Please fill out the enclosed laundry request form.
Your maid will take the laundry.

If you would like to take clothes to the dry cleaners, please ask at the front desk what time this is possible.
In addition, a washing machine as well as a dryer are available to you in our residence at a reasonable price.

Luggage Storage
You can store your luggage in a special room at the hotel reception.

Massage
We have different masseurs who can be booked by appointment at the hotel reception.
Please make your appointment as soon as possible in advance.

Night Check-Out / Night Porters
Our night porters and receptionists are on duty from 10.00 p.m. until 6.00 a.m.
The night staff members are not allowed to settle guest accounts. ‘
We would therefore ask you to settle your account on the evening before if you have to leave during the night.

There is no room service from the hotel to the “Residenz“. Thank you for understanding!

Safe
Each room/apartment has a safe for valuables. This is located in your closet.

Sauna
The sauna is open Monday-Thursday and Sundays from 04.30 pm to 09.30 pm, Fridays and Saturdays from 02.30 pm to 09.30 pm.
(Use at other times: see Wellness World).

Steam bath
The ceramic light steam bath is in operation daily from 04:30 pm – 9:30 pm. Unlike the sauna, it is only between 40° to 50° C and has high humidity.

After 10 – 20 minutes of stay, take a lukewarm shower and rest.

Swim Suits / Swimming Trunks
You can borrow bath robes, swim suits, swimming trunks and bathing caps at the hotel reception.
A deposit will be booked on your account until the items borrowed have been returned to the reception.

Swimming Pool
Our indoor swimming pool is open daily from 06.00 am. to 09.30 pm.

The pool size is 5 x 11 m. Water temperature is about 27° C. The use of the pool is free of charge.

Overnight visitors have to be announced at the hotel reception. You may get additional bed linen and towels and a charge will be booked to your account.

Wellness World
Our Wellness World with swimming pool, solid wood sauna, ceramic light steam bath, aroma bath, infrared heat cabin, experience shower, plunge pool, Kneipp station, massage and cosmetic cabin as well as the wellness relaxation room is located in the basement of the main building. The baths (except for the swimming pool) are open from Monday-Thursday and Sundays from 16:30 to 21:30, Fridays and Saturdays from 14:30 to 21:30.

The use of the entire facility is free of charge for guests during the opening hours.

If you would like to use the baths outside the above mentioned times, we charge a flat rate of 25,00 € per hour.
In this case, please inform the reception at least one hour in advance.
